CANCELLATION PROCESS

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, which may necessitate changes in your plans. In order to accommodate our clients and ensure that our team can provide timely and efficient service to all, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for fog treatment services.

 

If you must cancel a fog treatment, please notify us as soon as possible. However, please be aware that cancellations made less than one hour before our scheduled arrival will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

This fee is necessary to compensate for our team's preparation efforts, resources already allocated for your service, and to facilitate effective scheduling for our other valued clients.

When rescheduling a fog treatment that had been previously cancelled, please note that the $100 cancellation fee will still apply for cancellations made within the one-hour window before the new scheduled arrival time.
